After two and a half months, the closed circuit renovation project of the crushing system return belt designed and implemented by the Dongfeng Antimony Industry Banpo Concentrator and the Production Safety and Environmental Protection Department was successfully completed and successfully put into trial operation on November 26.
This technical transformation will effectively improve the crushing efficiency, further reduce the particle size of ore into the grinding, reduce the grinding time, increase the production capacity of the ball mill, thereby reducing the consumption of steel balls, liners and power, and reducing the cost of grinding.
Since 2019, Dongfeng Antimony Industry has invested more than 3 million yuan to upgrade the milling and floatation system equipment of the dressing plant, update a batch of old ball mills and flotation equipment, and introduce a new energy-saving ball mill system to further improve the level of beneficiation technology. Dongfeng Antimony has strengthened its cooperation with external mining companies and laid the foundation for its expansion and strengthening.
